The Streetplus Difference

What makes Streetplus a top provider of clean, safe and friendly services to the improvement district industry?

National Ambassador Academy

We customize our training programs for each improvement district and focus on YOUR downtown.

After we’ve selected the best of the best, it’s time for training. After years of experience hiring employees for the improvement district industry, Streetplus launched the National Ambassador Academy in January of 2018, an extraordinarily successful program intended to centralize all recruitment efforts and initial training, enabling the local account manager to spend more time supervising and mentoring ambassadors. One of the NAA’s newest services is to deliver new hire training on a national level to multiple accounts, using audio and video conferencing services. This approach allows our local account operations managers to spend more time doing what our customers pay for and expect: supervising and mentoring ambassadors on the street.

Our industry leading training program, the National Ambassador Academy, is structured to give ambassadors the best possible opportunity for success on the streets of your downtown. Are you concerned about the increase in panhandling? Are you seeing more homeless persons in need of services on your streets? Is graffiti a problem that you haven’t solved? Does your downtown have an active nightlife? Our exclusive training programs, available only through Streetplus, address all these issues and more.

  •  “Our experience during the transition period has been remarkable. The Streetplus executive management team of David Goldberg, Patrick DeSimone and Steve Hillard were in constant contact preparing for the “go live” date and even were on site that day personally delivering the initial program supplies...”

    — Charles R. Broad, MBA, Executive Director

  • “The goal of the Downtown Burbank Hospitality and Social Outreach Program is to create a safe environment in Downtown Burbank, to increase visitation, consumer spending, and property values while also addressing concerns from our community. After a very successful first year, we are looking forward to StreetPlus continuing to assist our community with social outreach services and hospitality.”

    — Marissa Minor, City of Burbank-Community Development

  • “Just a note to say a big THANKS to Joseph Hull & your other good workers in New Haven. As a longtime New Haven resident - and a voting senior! -, it always makes me feel good to see the friendly faces and excellent service that your Ambassadors provide. Thanks to them and to you. Keep up the good work.”
