Noreen has been working as a Registered Dental Assistant for over 20 years. She specializes in chair-side assisting, radiology, digital and analog impressions, patient care, and esthetic assessments. She wants to help make the patient experience a special and comfortable visit. Noreen is kept very busy with her three daughters. She spends a lot of time at the horse ranch watching her girls ride horses. She loves all things outdoors including trips to the beach and hiking. She loves visiting the National Parks each year and hopes to one day have visited them all.

Trish has been with the practice for 16 years. She is a native of North County. She enjoys walking on the beach and spending time with her grandchildren and mother.

Rhonda McGowan is a seasoned dental hygienist with over 35 years of experience in Fallbrook. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Northern Arizona University, Rhonda dedicated herself to enhancing oral health and building meaningful relationships within her small-town community. In her free time, she loves exploring the local streets with her dog Gunner and enjoys diving into a good book. As a proud mother of two adult children, Rhonda is passionate about giving back to the community that has supported her throughout her career.

Diane fell into dentistry at a young age.  Through a lot of mentoring, she became a Registered Dental Assistant and participated in front office responsibilities. Over time, Diane became the Office Manager with over 25 years in the practice.  Diane really enjoys helping people understand their dental needs and fulfilling overdue dental work for overall better dental health.   Diane grew up in San Diego. She spends her free time with friends and family. Diane has a love for animals and participates in dog agility and pet therapy, visiting libraries and hospitals to make people’s day a little brighter.

Belinda is a dedicated registered dental assistant committed to making every patient feel comfortable and well cared for during their visit. She collaborates closely with our dental team to ensure appointments go smoothly and patients receive outstanding care. Belinda is passionate about helping patients maintain healthy, confident smiles. As a bilingual professional fluent in both Spanish and English, she is able to serve and connect with a wider range of our community. Outside the office, Belinda enjoys spending quality time with her two daughters, family, and friends.   

Teresa earned her bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of San Francisco. Following her undergraduate studies, she pursued a career in dental hygiene by attending the Dental Hygiene program at Shasta College.

Teresa has been practicing dental hygiene in Southern California since 2007. As a California native, she brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her field.

In 2018, Teresa moved to Fallbrook with her family. She enjoys spending time at the beach with her husband, their two children, and their scruffy rescue dog. Much of her free time is devoted to attending her children's sports activities, which she finds both busy and entertaining.

Teresa is passionate about educating and building rapport with the charming community that visits the office. She looks forward to meeting new patients and providing an excellent, professional, and relaxed hygiene appointment.
